Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 26 years old.
• Undergraduate degree (S1) or post graduate degree (S2) in any field, except from Teaching, Art, Literature / Culture, Education, Public Health, and Nursing.
• Have an outstanding academic record with minimum GPA of 3.01 for Undergraduate degree (S1) or 3.20 for post graduate degree (S2) on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Have series of organization activities, both academic and non academic activity student organization.
• Fluent in command English both written and spoken
• Single/not married and willing not to get married during the ODP period.
• Energetic, confident, able to communicate well, have a high motivation, and love a challenge.
• Willing to be stationed in all BSM's networks throughout Indonesia.
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Never participated in the employee selection process at BSM in the last 6 months.
