VAC5771 - Investor Compliance Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) with background in Law.
• Required experience for minimum 2 years in capital market compliance area, as corporate secretary, as legal officer in publicly listed company, or work in law firm.
• Strong sense of analytical thinking, assertiveness, persuasiveness.
• Good skills in time and project management.
• Strong problems solving skill.
• Excellent eye for details and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Exposure in general corporate as well as capital market and securities practice and/or as an in-house counsel who, among her/his responsibilities, is the capital market/securities compliance.
• Good knowledge of the company laws and regulations as well as the securities and capital market laws and regulations.
• English literacy, spoken and written.
• Excellent drafting skills.

VAC5770 - Business Analyst for Financial Planning

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) with background in Accounting.
• Required experience for minimum 2 years in Public Accountant firm / the same role.
• Discipline, excellent in both interpersonal and communication skill.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Stron understanding on Financial Analysis.
• Expertise with Excel and Power Point.
• Strong sense of analytical thinking.
