Customer Relationship Management Staff

Requirements

• Minimum S1 Public Relation, Communication.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale (for PTN) or 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale (for PTS).
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Communicative and good looking.
• The candidate with prior experience in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Care, After Sales or Public Relation is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in all operational area of WIKA Realty.

Site Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum S1 Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering.
• Mastering design and contruction planning.
• Able to create and analyze the working drawings, budget plan (RAB).
• Required experience for minimum 2 years as Site Engineer, Chief Engineer at Developer/High rise building conctrustion projects.
• Willing to be placed in all operational area of WIKA Realty.

Staf Seksi Operasi Property

Requirements

• Minimum S1 Electro Engineering
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 grade scale (for PTN) or 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale (for PTS).
• The candidate with prior experience in property management is preferred.
• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Good communication skill and flexible working.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Willing to be placed in all operational area of WIKA Realty.
