Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum S1 all majors.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Account Officer (microfinance) in general banking/BPR/BPR Syariah.
  • Required skills and knowledge :
    • Managing retail
    • Product knowledge
    • Risk Management.
    • Sharia banking.
    • Interpersonal skill.
    • Bancassurance.
    • Wealth Management/Financial/Planning.
    • Selling skill.
    • Financing analyst.
    • Accounting/Financial Management Concept.
    • Good understanding of general policy compliance at banking, especially micro banking.
    • Credit restructuring.
