cdcindonesia.com -The following job information comes from one of the port management logistic company in Indonesia, namely:PT Multi Terminal Indonesia (MTI) is also known as IPC Logistic established in year 2002. PT MTI providing services such as Freight – forwarding (domestic and international), customs clearance, Courier Express, Collective Physical Checking (TPFT),
Warehousing and Distribution. It has 9 branches in Indonesia with more than 650 employees.PT MTI keeps on increasing the quality of its human resources and is currently looking for the right candidates for the positions of:

Assistant Senior Manager Operation (Code: ASM-O)

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Senior Manager – Operation to achieve operations target
• Provide support to the SM in business development and getting the contract with new client
• Managing the operation team to ensure that they performed as per out lined of their task and responsibility
• Coordinating with operation team for process improvement
• The operation which include the process of freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing & distribution, couriers express

Qualifications

• S1 degree from any subject , preferably from Management / Supply Chain Management
• 5 year experience in logistic industry and familiar with the operation process
• 2 year experience in supervisory role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill

Assistant Senior Manager Marketing (Code: ASM-M)

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Senior Manager – Operation to get new client and the same time maintain the relationship with existing client.
• Develop good relation with related stakeholder.
• Provide the market data base and potential client and come up with marketing strategy to gain new market and retain the existing market.

Qualifications

• S1 degree from any subject, preferably from Marketing Communication
• 5 year working experience in logistic industry and familiar with the operation process
• 2 year experience in supervisory role
• Having a good communication and negotiation skill
