Job Descriptions

• Management Development Program (MDP) IT is a development program prepared by company to prepare candidates to fill managerial position. Candidates will receive comprehensive training for 9-12 months consisting of classroom training, and on the job training.
• Qualifications
• Minimum Possess Bachelor degree majoring in Informatics Engineering, Information System
• Fresh Graduate or have 1-2 years working experience.
• Maximum 27 years old.
• Have working experience.
• Minimum GPA 2.75 for state university graduate and 3.00 for private university graduate.
• Minimum TOEFL score 450.
• Minimum height for female candidate 155 cm and minimum height for male candidate 160 cm; with proportional weight.
• Willing to be placed in any Bank Bukopin branch.
