Educational Qualifications

• Possess Bachelor degree / Diploma IV graduate majoring in:
• Electrical Engineering, Powerline, Electricity Power System, Electricity Engineering (Code: S1 / ELE)
• Electronics, Control (Code: S1 / ALE); exclude: Telecommunication
• Industrial Engineering (Code: S1 / IND)
• Diploma III graduate majoring in:
• Electrical Engineering, Powerline, Electricity Power System, Electricity Engineering (Code: D.III / ELE)
• Electronics, Control (Code: D.III / ALE); exclude: Telecommunication
• Marketing Management, Trade Administration, Business Administration, Office Administration, Business Management, Financial Management, Secretary (Code: D.III / MAN)

Qualifications

• Not married and willing to not get married during Diklat Prajabatan
• Preferably male
• Born in 1990 or thereafter for Bachelor degree / Diploma 4 graduate
• Born in 1992 or thereafter for Diploma 3 graduate
• Minimum GPA 2.75 for S1/ELE, S1/ALE, DIII/ELE, DIII/ALE positions
• Minimum GPA 3.00 for S1/IND, D.III/MAN positions

Application Provision

• If there is a data mismatch during the recruitment process the applicant will be disqualified
• Applicant  only allowed to register for 1 position according his / her education major and level
• Applicant can not apply for position level that does not correspond with his / her diploma level possessed
• Applicant are not being were registered as participant in PLN recruitment selection process
• Candidates who do not meet age, education major, and GPA requirements, are not allowed to register
• The online registration and documents upload opened on July 22, 2016 at 5.00 PM at the latest

Required Documents
Applicant who pass the psychological test is mandatory to submit following registration documents. If the documents can not be submitted, the participant will be disqualified. Here are the documents to be submitted:

• Application letter, addressed to: PT PLN (Persero) c.q. Kepala Divisi Pengembangan Talenta
• Curriculum vitae
• Copy of birth certificate
• Legalized copy of education diploma / Graduation Certificate (SKL)
• Legalized copy of final academic transcript
• Copy of National Identity Card (KTP)
• Not Married Certificate (Surat Keterangan Belum Menikah) from Kelurahan
• 2 pieces 3x4 size recent colour photograph (write your name on back side)
• For overseas graduates applicant, must attach Education Level and GPA Equality Certificate from Dikti
• For cross majors program graduates (Diploma III graduate continued to Bachelor degree / Diploma IV) please also submitted:
• Legalized copy of Diploma 3 education diploma
• Legalized copy of Diploma 3 academic transcript
• Application documents included in blue folder for Bachelor degree / Diploma IV and red folder for Diploma III according the squence above, write your name and applied position code on folder cover

Selection Tests

• Documents Screening
• General Aptitude Test (GAT)
• Academic and English Tests
• Psychological Test
• Medical Check Up (for applicants with disabilities, special requirements imposed in accordance requirements and regulations)
• Interview
• Diklat Prajabatan
• The order of selection process may change according to the PT PLN (Persero) needs
• The selection stages (Documents Screening - Interview) will be held in Pekanbaru, Pontianak, and Bandar Lampung

• Selection tests result for every stages and the invitation for next stage will be announced at www.pln.co.id (all locations) and http://ecc.ft.ugm.ac.id (Pekanbaru & Pontianak only)
