Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master Degree (S1 / S2) from various disciplines except Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health and Nursing.
• Actively involved in campus/non campus organization activities.
• GPA min. 3.01 for (for bachelor degree/S1) and 3.20 for (master degree/S2) within 4.00 scales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Not more than 26 years old.
• Energetic, confident, able to communicate well, have a high motivation, and love a challenge.
• Single/not married and willing not to get married during the ODP education period.
• Willing to be assigned in the BSM's network throughout Indonesia.
• Able to use computer especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Has never participated in the selection process of employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the last 6 months.
