The Company was formed in 1952 and operates primarily as a shipping operator for commercial and logistic. Headquartered in Jakarta, PT PELNI (Persero) runs its business through 27 commercial ships, 47 branch offices and directly employs 4,919 staff (as at the end of December 2014). PT PELNI (Persero) also supported by 3 subsidiary and 2 affiliated companies, namely PT Sarana Bandar Nasional (99.47% owned by PELNI),  PT Pelita Indonesia Djaya (99.50% owned by PELNI), PT Rumah Sakit PELNI (99.47% owned by PELNI), PT Sarana Bandar Logistik (98.98% owned by PT Sarana Bandar Nasional), and PT Pelita Bandar Nasional (99% owned by PT Pelita Indonesia Djaya).

 Requirements
  • D3 Hospitality of the University / College accredited A / B
  • A minimum final GPA of 2.75.
  • Male / Female (preferably Male).
  • Minimum height 160 cm for women and 165 cm for Male, weight proportional
  • Maximum age 35 years old per 31 December 2016.
  • Physically and mentally healthy
  • Not color blind
  • Able to work as a team, able to communicate effectively, serving spirit, able to work under pressure, and to be honest.
  • Service was excellent (focus on the customer / service).
  • Willing to be placed throughout the ship PT PELNI (Persero).
