Secretary to GM Marketing Operation Region I, II, VI, VIII ( SECGMR1601 )

Requirements

• D3 in Secretary is preferred. Bachelor Degree (S1) are welcome to apply.
• Skills and competence:
• Have a good knowledge and strong understanding in the field of archieves guidelines.
• Have a good knowledge and strong understanding in the field of correspondence and archives.
• Have the attitude of service oriented with a friendly and attractive appearance.
• Able to communicate well and smoothly (communicative).
• Fleunt in English (written and conversation).
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), data processing and internet applications.
• Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary.

• Local resident and living in same city as work location is preferred.
