PT PPI (Persero) was established in 2003 under the Government of Regulation No 22 of 2003, dated 31 March 2003. PT PPI (Persero) was formed as a merger results of 3 state-owned trading companies, namely PT Dharma Niaga (Persero), PT Cipta Niaga (Persero), and PT Pantja Niaga (Persero).

Human Capital Management Staff

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Law, Finance, Accounting, Management, Banking, Business Studies, Administration or equivalent.
• Have a good knowledge of training need analysis.
• Have a good knowledge of taxation, PPH21, and Tax computations.
• Have a good skills in employee and labor relations, contract negotiations, and contract preparation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field.
• 3 full-time positions available.
