Requirements

• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) Secretarial or College Student.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position.
• Have a good knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• Have a good knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Trustworthy, self motivated, hardworking, fast learner, proactive, attention to detail and self initiated.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to manage time efficiently and mature.
• Excellent telephpne manners.
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Officer.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
