Business Process Development - Project Management Office - Jakarta

Requirements
  • Maximum 40 years old.
  • Possess Bachelor degree majoring in IT / Engineering / Business / Social preferred.
  • Have minimum 3 years working experience in the same field.
  • Have basic skill in Project Management, Process Excellence, and Business Analysis.
  • Have experience involved in complete cycle / end-to-end Project Management as a Process Analyst / Business Analyst.
  • Have business acumen capability to explore business needs.
  • Have solid teamwork and able to lead a small team in project activities.
  • Have ability to process and analyze statistical-based data by using the tools.
  • Have leadership and interpersonal skills, and have good communication skill.
  • Have can-do attitude.
  • Have high problem solving skill.
  • Ability to work proactively and with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Have working experience in the banking industry is a plus.
  • Having certification in process improvement or project management fields (Black Belt, Green Belt, PMP, CBAP, etc.) is a plus.
