Business Process Development - Project Management Office - Jakarta
Requirements
- Maximum 40 years old.
- Possess Bachelor degree majoring in IT / Engineering / Business / Social preferred.
- Have minimum 3 years working experience in the same field.
- Have basic skill in Project Management, Process Excellence, and Business Analysis.
- Have experience involved in complete cycle / end-to-end Project Management as a Process Analyst / Business Analyst.
- Have business acumen capability to explore business needs.
- Have solid teamwork and able to lead a small team in project activities.
- Have ability to process and analyze statistical-based data by using the tools.
- Have leadership and interpersonal skills, and have good communication skill.
- Have can-do attitude.
- Have high problem solving skill.
- Ability to work proactively and with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Have working experience in the banking industry is a plus.
- Having certification in process improvement or project management fields (Black Belt, Green Belt, PMP, CBAP, etc.) is a plus.
