INALUM was originally established in 1976 as a Joint venture company between the Government of Indonesia and Nippon Asahan Aluminium Co., Ltd (NAA). NAA is Japanese consortium of 12 Japanese investors, including Sumitomo Chemical Co. Ltd. and Mitsubishi Corporation. INALUM officially become the state-owned company in April 2014 based on the Government regulations No 26 of 2014. INALUM now has alumunium smelter plant in Kuala Tanjung, Sei Suka District, Batu Bara Regency North Sumatera.

• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Required to have valid SKCK beforing entering the 5th stage of selection process.
• Willing to be placed in all working area of INALUM.
• Specific requirements
• Willing to work in shifting system for all Engineering majors.
• Possess certification in Tax Brevet A and B for Accounting major.
