Service Analyst (Chef De Partie)

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop food and beverages (F&B) products in accordance with passenger demand and requirement as well as market lifestye
• Define F&B products concept and vision as well as cooperation with Marketing Unit (related to research, brand awareness, and digital trend in society)
• Working closely with catering provider in accordance with his / her assignment scope

Requirements

• Maximum age 39 years old
• Minimum possess Associate degree (Diploma 3)
• Minimum Chef de Partie at restaurant or 5 stars hotel
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in office area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport
