• Indonesian citizen (WNI).
• Education Background
• Operasional :
• SMA/MA IPA.
• Operasional Calon Masinis :
• SMA/MA IPA
• SMK Mechanical, Automotive, Electricity.
• Pemeliharaan Jalan Rel dan Jembatan, Trouble Shooter :
• SMA/MA IPA
• SMK Mechanical, Electro, Building.
• Pemeliharaan Sinyal, Telekomunikasi dan Listrik : 
• SMA IPA
• SMK Electro, Electronics, Mechatronics
• SMK Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Industrial
• SMK Process Control, Mechanical Control, Electricity
• Administrasi : 
• SMA IPA/IPS
• SMK Office Administration, Accounting
• Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind.
• Well behaved.
• Certified SMA / MA / SMK or equivalent with minimum average NEM / UAN score of 6.5 (six point five).
• Age of applicants per 1 September 2016 as low as 18 (Eighteen) years, a maximum of 25 (twenty five) years.
• Male for operations, infrastructure maintenance positions (1, 2, 3, 4) and Male/Female for administration position (5). 
• Never involved in drugs and psychotropic substances.
• Not pierced for Male.
• Not tattooed.
• Willing to be placed in all working areas of ​​PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
• Does not have marital relations with the employee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
• Passed in all selection process.

• Original Diploma / Certificate of Graduation (SKL) SMA / MA / SMK or legalized copy of the original;
• Original NEM / UAN SMA / MA / SMK or legalized copy of the original;
• Copy of valid Indonesian KTP;
