Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Male or Female with a maximum age of 25 years old (for S1) and 27 years old (for S2).
• Minimum background of Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university in any field, except Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Art, Education / Pedagogy and Religious.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (for S1) or 3.25 (for S2) on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Good looking with a height and weigt proportional (minimum height of 158 cm for Female) and 170 cm for Male).
• Not have a family relationship with Bank BJB's employee up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / son / brother / sister).
• Not married and willing to undergo a period of bond.
• Willing to be placed in all over working unit of Bank BJB.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of analytical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English, active both oral and written.
• Able to operate computer, minimum Microsoft office.
• Physically and mentally healthy: not color blind (artial or total), free from the influence of narcotics and other additives.
• Good integrity, discipline, and highly committed.
