IIGF running business in providing infrastructure guarantee through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) schemes. IIGF operates primarily as a provider of infrastructure guarantee and serves as government’s single window for appraisal and processing/structuring of guarantees in Indonesia. IIGF is a non-listed state-owned corporation and is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia. IIGF was formed by the Government of Indonesia on 30 December 2009 under the Government Regulation No 35 of 2009. IIGF is based in Jakarta and its legal domicile is located at Capital Place, 7th & 8th Floor Jl Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kav 18 Jakarta 12710.

Administration Staff


Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as administration staff or secretary.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English language.
• Well organized and high attention to details.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time position(s) available.

Procurement Staff

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement management.
• Fluent in English language.
• Able to work in multi tasking, prioritize and work efficiently.
• Able to work independently and energeticaly approach task assigned.
• Flexibility to adapt to all situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full-time position(s) available.

Project Monitoring and Claim Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) in Civil Engineering, Economics, Law or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as relationship manager.
• Strong knowledge of project management, risk management and risk analysis.
• Strong knowledge of project monitoring and the application of methodology.
• Strong understanding of infrastrucutre project in Indonesia.
• Strong presentation skill.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive.
• Demonstrates openness to change ana ability to manage complexities.
