VAC6381 - Tower Operation Manager

Field: Networks & Engineering

Role Purpose

• To achieve the department’s objectives in maintaining the tower existence with the objective of increasing the tower asset value and the continuity of service of installed equipment with the limits of cost saving strategy Reporting Relationship

Qualification

• Bachelor (S1) Degree, majoring in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering or Civil Engineering or Law

Experience

• Have fair knowledge in project management skill minimum 3 years Skill and Knowledge: 
• English fluency and computer literacy (advance in Microsoft excel) is a must
• Excellent communication skills and presentation capabilities
• Flexible and adaptable in under-pressure condition
• Demonstrate solid integrity
• Have enthusiasm to work outside normal office hour
• Demonstrate good negotiation skill
• Have good analytical thinking and problem solving oriented
• Able to prepare good report
• Able to work both individually and in teamwork
• Having knowledge and ability of customer complaint management

VAC6366 - Interference Support Technician

Field: Networks & Engineering

• Contract Type: Contract
• Location: Indonesia - Jakarta
• Closing date: 15-Feb-2017

Role Purpose

• Responsible for frequency scanning in areas which have high interference.
• Monitoring interference level in network based on OSS data.
• Follow up of interference status and frequency scanning progress.
• Identify sources of interference that cause network bad performance.
• Produce the report and suggestion to Interference Manager.

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Telecommunication

Experience

• Minimal 1 years working experience in relevant areas in the telecommunication industry;
• Skill and Knowledge
• Good communication in both Bahasa and English.
• Good in technical writing and reporting.
• Knowledge in Radio / BSS / RAN / Cellular Systems (GSM / UMTS / LTE)
• Able to use Scanner Tools to detect interference.
