In carrying of assets management duty, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and the Company signed the Asset Management Agreement dated March 24th, 2004 for five years period.
In 2008, the Government expanded the goal and objective of the Company by expanding the Company’s scope of work as follows: ex-IBRA assets management; State-Owned Enterprise restructuring and / or revitalization; investment activity; and State-Owned Enterprise asset management.PT PPA Kapital ("PPAK") is a quasi private equity company, owned by PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) ("PPA"). PPAK's business are mainly in direct (active) investments and business consulting on private companies, and state-owned enterprises. Currently, PPAK has three investee companies to date.
The holding company, PPA, was assigned to manage free and clear assets which is derived from Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency (“IBRA”) for and on behalf of the Minister of Finance. Main activities of PPA include managing the restructuring and / or revitalization of state owned enterprises; conducting investment activities; and holding management of state owned enterprises’ assets.
An applicant is needed to fill for the following position:

Investment Analyst

• Permanent position for fresh graduates

Job Description

The candidate's main tasks will be the followings:

• Assessing potential companies / clients, and creating a comprehensive due diligence in market / industry, financial, and legal aspects of the companies; 
• Creating a financial modelling of the company; 
• Producing a due diligence report; 
• Conducting a financial analysis.

Other tasks will be the followings:

• Liase with banks, other financial institutions, private equities firms, strategic investors both domestic and regional (Asia Pacific); 
• Liase with potential companies / clients; 
• Provide the correct investment structure; 
• Assist supervisor data for negotiation of investment transactions.

Requirements

• General qualifications & requirements:
• Undergraduate students or fresh graduates (S1) with majors preferably in Finance, Business, or Economy; 
• Have strong interest in financial & investment industry; 
• GPA ≥ 3.5 out of 4.00; d. Able to work fast and under pressure; 
• Able to join a 3-months program (for undergraduate students); 
• Familiar with Business Mathematics, Introductory Economics, Financial Accounting, Capital Market, Microeconomics, Business Statistics, Financial Management / Corporate Finance;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin are required;
• Good interpersonal and can do attitude.
