PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda is a subsidiary of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) engaging in manufacturing urea and other chemical industries. PT PIM is the first urea fertilizer plant in Indonesia built by Indonesian through national contractors, PT Rekayasa Industri.
For more than 20 years engaging in the business of national fertilizer, PT PIM performance was very prominent. It is seen from the level of production which generally exceeds the design capacity (570,000 tons per year). The product quality conforms to the international national standard and even PIM-1 plant is able to produce urea low biuret, sell its products to national and international market which is supported by sufficient port facility, thus PT PIM always gain a significant profit.

- Chemical Engineering
- Chemistry (MIPA)
- Electricity Engineering / Electrical Engineering (Power Lines)
- Physics / Instrumentation / Electrical (Electronics) Engineering
- Accounting
- Law
- Marketing Management
- Human Resource Management
- Management
- Communications
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Indonesian citizen
- Make a written statement letter on Rp 6000 stamp duty, which states:
- Not bound by a contract with other company
- Not sue the recruitment process and the result
- Willing to follow all of Management Trainee Program stages
- Not married and willing to not get married during the Management Trainee Program
- Willing to be placed throughout the Republic Indonesia territory or outside of the Republic Indonesia territory
- Legalized copy of education diploma (S1) and academic transcript with minimum GPA 3.00
- Maximum age 27 years old (required copy of National Identity Card (KTP))
- Photograph (upload)
- Police Certificate (SKCK)
- AK1 Certificate (Job seeker certificate) from Manpower Department (Disnaker)
- Certificate of Domicile from Kepala Desa
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Medical, not color blind and free of drugs abuse certificate from hospital
- Fluent in spoken and written English (minimum TOEFL score 450)
- Mastery Microsoft Office
- Legalized copy of education diploma (S1) and academic transcript with minimum GPA 3.00
- Copy of National Identity Card (KTP) (maximum age 27 years old) and Certificate of Domicile from Kepala Desa
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- TOEFL certificate (minimum score 450)
- Police Certificate (SKCK)
- AK1 Certificate (Job seeker certificate) from Manpower Department (Disnaker)
