Program Frontliner

Job Description

• As a company which engaged in financial services, Frontline position in BCA course plays a very important role. The existence of a reliable Frontliner figure in meeting customers' needs is an important factor that can drive customer loyalty and engagement as well as the establishment of corporate image. Various awards achieved throughout this course is not separated well from Frontliner role as the vanguard of the Bank in terms of customer service.
• To be a reliable BCA Frontliner, of course required intensive training and development. Recognizing this, the BCA makes a special program named Program Frontliner. Candidates who pass the selection process will become a participant of Frontliner Program and will be educate for one (1) year in BCA.
• During the first years of education, the participants will get a variety of training materials as well as the best teaching staff of BCA, which in turn will support the development both in terms in hard skills (knowledge of banking) and also soft skills. Not only classroom training, participants will also have the opportunity to feel directly serve customers during the internship. As the original purpose of the creation of this program, which is to develop the participants to become reliable BCA Frontliner force, then during the educational process participants will also face some exams both written and oral. Participants who graduated from Frontliner Program, will be appointed immediately to become BCA permanent employee as part of BCA Frontliner.

• Attractive appearance
• Hospitable and have good communication skill
• Likes banking service industry
• Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale for Associate degree and minimum GPA 2.50 of 4.00 scale for Bachelor degree
• Maximum 25 years old
• Not married and willing to not get married during the training program
• Willing to undergo an employment bond after completed the training program
• Pass in selection process
• Placement at Bank BCA branch in: Jakarta, Banda Aceh, Lhokseumawe, Tanjung Pinang, Samarinda, Tarakan, Pangkal pinang, Palangkaraya, Padang, Jayapura, Palembang, Kendari, Kupang, Makassar, Palu, Ambon, Pare-pare, Banjarmasin, Batam, Pekanbaru, Manado, Pontianak, or Balikpapan
• Closing date: January 31, 2017
