Through PT Berau Coal, the Company has evolved into one of the largest thermal coal producers in Indonesia. PT Berau Coal was established in 1983 to survey, explore, develop and mine coal and to transport, store, market, sell and export coal in an area that becomes its concession area.PT Berau Coal is one of the first generation of coal companies in Indonesia, established in 1983 and operating under a Coal Contract of Work with the Government of Indonesia.
In 2014, PT Berau Coal retains a concession area of approximately 118,400 hectares in the Berau Regency of East Kalimantan province.


Officer Development Program (ODP)

Job Description

• Through this one year Officer Development Program at mining sites in Berau, the Graduates will be able to understand thoroughly the coal mining industry, how its operate, and thus, will be able to develop skills, knowledge and working attitude needed in the industry. The Graduates will be entitled to receive living allowances, incentives, full-board accommodation, and medical coverage.

Requirements

• If you are:
• Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.30
• Graduated not more than 2 years
• Proficient in English (TOEFL / TOEIC Certified will be advantage)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office is a must, other software program related with technical background)
• Has Outstanding non academic achievement during campus life
• Dynamic, persistent, collaborative, communicative, great can-do attitude, flexible, comfortable facing senior management
