Gudang Garam provides livelihoods for a workforce of over 43,000 engaged in cigarette manufacturing, including the hand rolling of kretek as well as distribution and marketing activities.Gudang Garam operates production facilities at two main sites, each with its own primary and secondary kretek manufacturing operations. The first site is in the town of Kediri where the company was founded, which today has a population of 249,000, is a busy regional commercial centre and home to Gudang Garam headquarters. The second, is a site 130 kilometres away in Gempol. Both sites ensure we are well positioned to meet future demand.

Training Officer - Kediri

Job Description

• Develop TNA for each position based on the competence or job requirement
• Develop competence map and training material
• Develop budget plan for training program and human resources development
• Develop HR management work plan based on system and working procedure (SOP) analysis and evaluate each activities related to HR based on the applicable SOP
• Coordinate with relevant parties in order that each of issue can be resolved and the work implementation going smoothly
• Evaluate filling system to ensure data and information security and facilitate tracing of all documents
• Responsible for occupational health and safety (K3) and 5R in the working area

Qualifications

• Possess Bachelor degree in any major
• Have minimum 5 years working experience in the HR field  
• Having skill Leadership, Coordination and Communication, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
• Mastery the SOP and TNA preparation as well as its monitoring and evaluation
• Mastery Budgeting, filling system, K3 and 5R
• Work location: Kediri
