This change was aimed to address the transformation of retail market in Indonesia, particularly gas stations toward a global free market.PT Pertamina Retail is a pioneer in modern fuel and non-fuel retail business in Indonesia, that combine fuel business and nonfuel business in Gas stations area. The Company start managing and operating Gas stations on March 2006. Started with 26 Gas stations, nowadays the number of Gas stations operated by the Company has grown into 120 units accross cities in Indonesia.
In the development of its business, the company needs to conduct assessment capabilities and manpower with reference to the needs of the Organization, which is reflected in the RJPP / RKAP and strategic plans based on those needs, the company ensures the needs of employee in each functions tailored to the needs of the time, amount, position and included in it, the criteria or the position or the amount of capacity and the company's needs effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Advertising
• Have minimum 5 years working experience preferably in advertising company
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Have good communication skill
• Accustomed to work with strict target

Job Description

• Plan and oversight promotion and advertising business development in gas station
• Run the programs for the advertising and promotion business target achievement
• Evaluate the programs that are already running
• Closing date: February 26, 2017
