The Company was established in 1960 and and originally registered as Perusahaan Negara Bangunan Widjaja Karja (PN Widjaja Karja) with electrical and water pipe installation works as its first business pillar. The Company was formed by the Government of Indonesia as the nationalization process of a Dutch company NV Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedijf Vis en Co or NV Vis en Co. In 1972, PN Widjaja Karja renamed into PT Wijaya Karya. Later in 2007, WIKA went public and its shares are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with stock code WIKA. As of December 2015, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk is 65.05% owned by the Government of Indonesia  and 34.95% by general public and investors.

Requirements

• Bacground in Undergraduate degree (S1), majoring in Civil Engineering (Structure, Transportation, Environmental) and Accounting.
• Fresh graduate.
• Maximum age of 28 years old.
• Strong academic results with minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS).
• Have a good health history (weight balanced).
• Not color blind (partial and total).
• Fluent in English, both oral and written with minimum TOEFL score of 550 or equivalent.
• Proficient computer application in the field.
• Motivated, energetic, adaptable and able to work in teams .
• Willing to be placed in all working area of WIKA.
