The Hospital was established in 1974 and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. Today, the Hospital has 750 beds, including 2  VVIP, 93 VIP, 48 main class, 88 class I, 244 class II, and 275 class III rooms.
RSUP Dr Sardjito employs 2,996 staff including 21 SKM, 30 Physical Therapist, 36 Pharmacist, 99 Nutritionist, 158 Medical Technician, 268 Medical Staff, 689 Resident Doctor, 874 Nurse, and 771 Non Medical Staff.

General Requirements

• Indonesian citizen (WNI)
• Minimum 18 years old and maximum 35 years old for Diploma 4 and Bachelor's degree, and maximum 30 years old for Diploma 3; by April 1, 2017
• Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale for state university graduates and minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale for private university graduates
• Well-behaved and never sentenced to imprisonment or confinement
• Not being under employment bond with any institution and is being following formal / non-formal educational program
• Attractive appearance 
• Able-bodied
• Willing to be Non Civil Servant (Non PNS) Contract Employee RSUP Dr. Sardjito and not demanding to become a CPNS / PNS
• For Non Health Education Institution graduates minimum accreditation grade B from BAN PT and for Health Education Institution graduates minimum accreditation grade B from PPSDM Health Agency Ministry of Health or BAN PT
