IS Analytics Analyst - Jakarta

• The Information Services Solution Delivery & Management (ISDM) team is a global information technology department of Philip Morris International (PMI) and Sampoerna. We are here to design, develop, deploy, and manage IT solutions that add value to the business of PMI. We are looking for an experienced professional who will join our Information Services team at the Global level, where you can create impact for PMI, develop yourself personally and professionally, and enjoy work with a dynamic group of people from all around the world. You will be part of the IS Analytics team of Philip Morris International Management SA based in Jakarta, Indonesia.This is a vacancy like no other, with unique challenges and opportunities. It’s in both our interests that you become the best you can be.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal customers, PMI stakeholders and vendors to support Business Intelligence services and project
• Create functional specifications and make sure that the developers understand the requirements
• Coordinate with the development teams and validate the developments and prepare the deployment
• Day-to-day business intelligence system support, ensure that system related issues and queries are timely resolved

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum holding a Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Having minimum 4 years of experience in information technology, systems, or services in preferable
• Good knowledge on Microsoft Business Intelligence or SAP BW or other Business intelligence tools
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Customer oriented and drive for result
