Program Branch Improvement

Job Description
  • BCA as a bank that always innovate in the latest technology, strive to continously improving its "excellence customer experience". Through the Branch Improvement Program (PBI), BCA has a spirit to run and continously developing its services to customers in branches accordance with the times.
  • Program Branch Improvement (PBI) participants will learn by engaging directly in innovation and continuous improvement process at Head Office. Starting from how to get inspiration for innovation or improvement, the development of idea and concept into design process / prototype / business model until its implementation. Therefore PBI graduates are expected to be not only competent in managing branches and providing superior customer service, but also able to play an active role in transforming the branch in this digital age.
Requirements
  • Possess Bachelor degree
  • Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
  • Maximum 25 years old
  • Have good communication skill
  • Have good analytical skill
  • Able to work in a team
  • Active in organizational activities
  • Willing to not get married for 1 year education program
  • Willing to undergo employment bond after education program
  • Placement anywhere in Indonesia
  • Selection process will be held in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Surabaya
