Based in Jakarta, KALOG has main business competencies on railways-based logistics distribution services. Its business include courier and cargo, cargo terminal, forwarding, stevedoring, warehousing and railways container. KALOG is a logistic subsidiary company of state-owned railways operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI Group. At present, KALOG is 99.9% owned by KAI Group and 0.1% by Pusaka Foundation. KALOG has 79 office networks spread across Indonesia as at the end of December 2015. Its office networks include 30 branch offices, 25 representative offices and 24 agent offices.
In order to strengthen its business fundamentals, PT Kereta Api Logistik invites qualified candidates to fulfill the position as follows

Supervisor Sales & Marketing Kontainer

Requirements

• Female, good looking with the maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum height of 155cm.
• Graduated at least Diploma III (D3) A accreditation with minimum GPA score of 2.95.
• Physically and mentally healthy and not using narcotics.
• Main Competencies:
• Have a Professional attitude.
• Customer-oriented.
• Have integrity and honest.

Job Competencies:

• Have a good problem solving ability.
• Able to make the right decisions.
• Able to understand business concepts and finance in general, understand the business of the organization, and use the knowledge both in general and specifically to work effectively (Business acumen).
• Thinking strategically and visionary.
• Able to establish and maintain good relationships with Customers.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to work individually and in a team.
• Have the ability to negotiate.
• Computer literate.
• Have good English skills (oral and writing).
• Have a wide networking.
• Experienced in container transport industry at least 3 years.
