FCV Sourcing Manager - Jakarta

Job Purpose and Key Deliverables 

• Provide leadership to the leaf buying team and within the larger leaf team to meet the goals of both the leaf growing and market, and contribute to the delivery of leaf buying strategy.
• Effectively manage and improve the leaf buying process such that desired volume of high quality leaf may be procured and availed to the GLT on time & in full (OTIF) within leaf buying cost constraints.

Essential Requirements 

• Minimum University Graduate in Agriculture or Horticulture
• Five years in tobacco industry with practical knowledge of leaf buying and grading.
• Should have worked for at least 2 years in leaf processing
• Proven business acumen and good leadership skills and high level of integrity
• High level of computer literacy and analytical skills
• Dynamic, proacitve and capable of managing the complex issues associated with leaf buying.
• Appointment type: Permanent
