Requirements

• Bachelor degree (S1) from various majors, preferably from Human Resources (HR) Management / Psychology (Industry and Organization).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Mastering the basic competencies including: Talent Management, Reward Management, Organization Management, Industrial Relations and HR Service Management
