Management Development Program

• A program held by the company to prepare candidates to fill managerial positions. The candidates will have comprehensive training over 9-12 months which consists of class room training, on the job training and marketing assignments.

Requirements

• Male or female
• Single
• Bachelor degree (S1) of Economics and Business, Law, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mathematics, Statistics, Communications, Fiscal Administration
• Fresh graduate
• Minimum GPA 2.75 for state university graduate, or 3.00 for private university graduate
• Maximum 27 years old
• Willing to be placed in Bank Bukopin entire branch in Indonesia
• Closing date: August 4, 2017
