Its business include industrial work, export-import and trading of precast concrete, and related business activities. PT Adhi Persada Beton is a member of state-owned construction firm PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. As of 31 December 2016, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk is the majority shareholder and holds 99% of the shares in PT Adhi Persada Beton. Based in Jakarta, Adhi Persada Beton now has 2 precast factories located at Sadang Purwakarta West Java and Mojokerto Central Java.
To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, PT Adhi Persada Beton are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions

Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP)

Requirements

• Fresh graduate.
• Background in Diploma and Bachelor Degree or equivalent (D3/D4/S1), majoring in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and K3.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Have a good health and not color blind.
• Operating knowledge of Computer and internet application.
• Willing to be placed in all working unit of Adhi Persada Beton.
• Able to build internal and external networking.
• Have good attitude, visionary, integrity and loyalty.
• Able to plan, execute, control and evaluate daily targets.
• Have a similar field experience is preferred.
• Concern for QHSE implementation and control.
