PT INTI (Persero) is a non listed state-owned company and is fully owned by the Government of Indonesia. PT INTI (Persero) now has 2 subsidiaries, namely PT Inti Pindad Mitra Sejati (86.15%) and PT Inti Konten Indonesia (99.999995%).

Management Trainee

General Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Willing to undergo a service bond.
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia.

Available Positions

1. Sales & Marketing Support : All Majors.
2. Telecommunication : Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Physics Engineering.
3. Energy : Electronics Engineering (Power), Physics Engineering, Civil Engineering.
4. Information Technology : Informatics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information System, Physics Engineering.
5. Production : Industrial Engineering or other relevant background.
6. Procurement : Industrial Engineering, Management or other relevant background.
7. Finance/Internal Audit : Accounting, Management, Finance Management, Industrial Engineering.
8. Health and Safety Environment (HSE) : K3, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering.
9. Human Capital Management (HCM) : Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Industrial Engineering.
10. Quality & Risk Management : Industrial Engineering, Management, or other Engineering background.
