Telkomsel securing 57% market share and 66% revenue share among the Big 3 cellular operators in Indonesia. Telkomsel is widely known nationwide as the country's widest network coverage of around 99% with total 129,000 BTS. Telkomsel has more than 5,100 employees operating in 11 Regions across Indonesia. Telkomsel is a member of state-owned telecommunication giant PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TELKOM Group, IDX:TLKM). Today, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk owns 65% of Telkomsel’s issued share capital. Other 35% remaining shares in Telkomsel was owned by Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte Ltd (Singtel Mobile). Singtel Mobile is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Asia’s leading communications group Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel, SGX:ST).

Requirements
  • Final-year students (on 6th / 7th semester).
  • Bachelor Degree students, majoring in Computer Science, Information System, Marketing Communication, Industrial Engineering, Business Management.
  • Maximum age of 22 years old.
  • Have an outstanding academic record with minimum GPA 3.30.
  • Have received recognition and award on achievement (academic or non academic).
  • Have organizational experience.
  • Have entrepreneurship experience is preferred.
