Requirements

• Male / female
• Maximum 25 years old
• Possess Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
• Have good communication skills
• Have good analytical skills
• Likes the work field related with other people
• Never involved in drugs abuse and other laws violations 
• Not married and willing to not get married during the training program 
• Willing to undergo employment bond after completed the training program
• Willing to be placed at BCA Branch Office in accordance with the company needs 
• Closing date: August 31, 17

Program Relationship Officer (PRO) - Malang

Requirements

• Possess Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
• Maximum 25 years old
• Attractive appearance 
• Have proportional height and weight
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a passion for achievement
• Never involved in drugs abuse and other law violations 
• Not married and willing to not get married during the training program 
• Willing to undergo employment bond after completed the training program
• Willing to be placed at BCA Branch Office in accordance with the company needs

Program Operation Support Staff (PSPO) - Malang

Requirements

• Male / female
• Maximum 25 years old
• Possess Bachelor degree majoring in Informatics Engineering / Information Systems with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale

• Have good interpersonal skills
• Have a passion for achievement
• Placement at a Branch Office or Regional Office
• Willing to not get married during education program
