Area Sales Manager North Sumatera
Requirements
- Education background in Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major.
- Possess minimum 5 years of experience in business management especially in managing retail commercial business (sales and marketing area).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in current position.
- Previous experience in construction/building material industry.
- Have strong understanding about business process of Holcim Indonesia.
- Computer literate
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Application and SAP.
- Have a good knowledge in SFDC or DMS would be an advantage
- Good communication skill in English and Mandarin/Hokkian (speaking and writing).
- Strong drive for sales execution and handling multi distributors.
- Strong passion in business development.
- Shows agility under pressure situation
- Strong sense of analytical thinking.
- Have a good negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Good knowledge on Sales and Marketing business processes.
- Willing to travel.
- Demonstrated ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team and commitment to continuing professional self-development.
Business Development - Road
Requirements:
- Education background in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Industrial Technology or Materials (master level).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the management of roads construction projects including profit and loss responsibility of roads projects, purchasing or sourcing experience, and supervisory experience.
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
- Computer literate : Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Google Applications. Salesforce.com desirable.
- Good communication skill in English (speaking and writing).
- Have a good skill in market approach and intuition / trend scout.
- Have a good business sense and strategic thinking approach.
- Agility, collaboration, energizing.
Head of Brand Management
Requirements:
- Education background in Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering or Management; Preferably advance degree of Marketing
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supervisory and people management.Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial/marketing area.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in current position.
- Computer literate : Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Application.
- Good communication skill in English (speaking and writing).
