Product Development Officer

Job Description

• As the largest private bank in Indonesia, BCA continues to make improvements to provide the best solution to customers.
• Product development is an important part of BCA that determines the development of solutions according to customer needs and segments. Therefore, we are needed candidates with the ability to:
• Propose innovation credit card product development
• Coordinate and serve as a link between business team, development team, and third party
• Monitor the status and development of product development project implementation
• Analyzing research results with business objectives in order to create business opportunities for BCA

Requirements

• Male / Female, with minimum education Bachelor's degree in Economics, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
• Maximum age 27 years old
• Having 1-2 years experience in credit card field is an added value
• Have good negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target oriented
• Have the initiative and able to finish the job by the deadline
• Able to work in team
• Mastery IT skills
• Placement in Jakarta
• Selection test will be held in Jakarta
