Human Capital Analyst (Recruitment & Assessment)

Requirements:

• Male or Female, not older than 30 years of age.
• Holds minimum Master's Degree (S2) from reputable state or overseas university, majoring in in Psychology with minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale).
• Have a good understanding of Recruitment & Selection, Assessment Center, and Competency-Based Interview.
• Possess certification in Targeted Selection Interview (TSI) or Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) is preferred.
• Preferably for candidates with 1-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Able to work individually and in a team and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be stationed in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport’s Office Area.
