Professional Skill Academy

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably as Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Training and Development or equivalent.
  • Have a good teaching skill.
  • Have a good understanding of sales, marketing, business, supply chain and distribution.
  • Have a good communication skill.
  • Able to make a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training curriculum and in-house training materials according to TNA.

Assesmen Center

Requirements
  • Minimum Master Degree (S2) in Psychology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field, preferably as Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Reources or equivalent.
  • Have a good understanding about assessment process.
  • Familiar with assessment tools.
