Management Trainee (MT)

Education Background

• Bachelor Degree (S1) : Accounting, Law, Communication, K3 Hyperkes, Management, Marketing Management, Electrical Engineering (Power Lines), Electrical Engineering (Weak Flow)/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering/Physics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information System, Industrial Psychology (preferably profession I/O).
• Diploma Degree (D3) : Accounting, Chemical Analyst, Office Administration, Communication, Archive, K3, Landscape, Management, Marketing Management, Architecture Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Power Lines), Electrical Engineering (Weak Flow)/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering/Physics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Sea Port Shipping Authority.

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum accreditation "B" for education major.
• Preferably Psychology Profession for Industrial Psychology major. 
• Maximum age on 31 December 2017
• Maximum age of 26 years old for S1.
• Maximum age of 24 years old for D3.
• Maximum age of 28 years old for Psychology Profession.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Following and passing the selection process.
