Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• All genders are welcome (Male and Female).
• Minimum education Bachelor Degree/S1 (graduated/have diploma), graduated from a leading and reputable University with background in any field, except Medical, Nursing, Literature, Art, Education/Teacher, and Religion.
• Minimum GPA
• S1 : minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale.
• S2 : minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 grade scale.
• Age
• S1 : maximum age of 25 years old.
• S2 : maximum age of 27 years old.
• Good looking with proportional height and weight.
• Male : minimum height of 170 cm.
• Female : minimum height of 160 cm.
• Not have family relationship with an employee of Bank BJB up with 2nd degree (father / mother / grandfather / grandmother / husband / wife / son / brother / sister).
• Not married and willing not to get married during the training program.
• Willing to be relocated in all the working area of Bank BJB.
• Willing to undergo bonds of service.

General Requirements

• Have a good analytical thinking.
• Have a strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office.
• Have a good health both physically and mentally, not color blind (partial or total) and free from the influence of narcotics and other additives.
• Have a good integrity, disciplines and high commitment .
