Hutama Karya was formed by the Government of Indonesia as a nationalization results of a Dutch East Indies general contractors company named Hollandsch Beton Maatschappij. Headquartered in Jakarta, Hutama Karya now has 10 division units and 7 regional areas throughout Indonesia. Hutama Karya also supported by 3 directly-owned subsidiary companies and 6 affiliated companies. Its subsidiaries include PT HK Realtindo (99.75%), PT HK Infrastruktur (99.75%), and PT Hakaaston (99.75%). Hutama Karya's affiliated companies comprise of PT Hutama Prima (30%), PT Menara Antam Sejahtera (20%), PT Prima Terminal Petikemas (15%), PT Kasa Marga Bali Toll (1%), PT Takenaka Indonesia (1.07%), PT Gorontalo Energy (1%).
In order to strengthen its business fundamentals, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) are currently taking applicants for the following positions:

1. GF10 - Communication Mass (CM)
2. GF10 - Bachelor of Tax
3. GF10 - Bachelor of Civil Engineering
4. GF10 - Bachelor of Accounting
5. GF10 - Bachelor of Information Management
6. GF10 - Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
7. GF10 - Bachelor of Electrical Engineering

General Requirements

• Male for all position, except Communication Mass (Male/Female).
• Fresh graduate from a leading university (State University or Reputable Private University) with minimum 3 years of “A” accreditation.
• Willing to be relocated in the entire Operational Area of Hutama Karya.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.85 on a 4.00 grade scale (for State University) or 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale (for Private University).
• Maximum age of 24 years old for S1.
• Fluent in English language both verbal and written.
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office/Open Office (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Power Point). Competent with Master Based Web-Programming, PHP, Database Postgree, MYSQL, & Framework (for Bachelor of Information Management).
• Healthy and proportional body-appearance with minimum height of 162 cm and 165 cm for Communication Mass.
• Demonstrated strong commitment and self-drive to achieve both professional career and organizational goals.
• Able to work well under-pressure and in a team.
