PT LTI is a Business Entity Implementing Agency (BUP) which assigned to carry out the Development and Management Project of Fiber Optic Network of Palapa Ring Central Package. PT LTI was formed in 2016 and engaged in the fields of constructionof Telecommunication Centers, Construction of Electrical Grid and Other Telecommunication Units, Operation of Fixed Networks Integrated with Telecommunication Services. PT LTI is a directly-owned subsidiary company of PT LEN Industri (Persero), a reputable state-owned electrical industrial company in Indonesia.
To support the business expansion and its organic growth, PT Len Telekomunikasi Indonesia invites qualified candidates to fullfill the position as follows

Network Operation Center (NOC) Operator - Position Code : NOC

Requirements
  • Male, maximum age of 30 years old.
  • Education background D3/S1 in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Required experience for minimum 2 years in telecommunication field.
  • Willing to work shift.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Manado.
  • Have a good understanding about the Radio Transmission & Optical Transport Network concepts
  • Preferably able to operate iManager U2000.
  • Familiar with UNIX operating system & database management system, such as SQL, Oracle etc.

Optical Network Engineer - Position Code : OPT

Requirements
  • Male/Female, maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Education background S1 in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Required experience for minimum 3 years in optical network field.
  • Preferably have experience in troubleshooting of network elements.
  • Preferably have expertise certificate in the field of network.
  • have a good understanding about the Next Generation Network Topology and Optical Transport Network concepts
  • Preferably have experience in configurring OptiX OSN 8800 / OSN 9800 and able to operate iManager U2000.
  • Have the ability to operate optical measuring instruments such as OTDR, Power Meter etc.
  • Familiar with network management protocols, such as SNMP, NBI, etc.
  • have a good understanding about the Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP).

Microwave Engineer - Position Code : MQ

Requirements
  • Male/Female, maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Education background S1 in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Required experience for minimum 3 years in radio microwave field.
  • Preferably have experience in configuring OptiX RTN 980L
  • Have experience in troubleshooting of network elements
  • Have a good knowledge about the construction of telecommunication towers & radio modulation techniques
  • Have a good understanding about the configuration of Radio Frequency (RF) & Radio Transmission Network concepts devices
  • Preferably able to operate iManager U2000.
  • No fear of heights and able to climb telecommunication towers.

Network Operation & Monitoring Manager - Position Code : NMM

Requirements
  • Male/Female, maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Education background S1 in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Required experience for minimum 2 years on managerial level in telecommunication company.
  • Preferably have expertise certificate in the field of network.
  • Familiar with network management protocols such as SNMP, NBI, etc.
  • Have a good understanding about the Radio Transmission & Optical Transport Network concepts.
  • Preferably able to operate iManager U2000
  • Familiar with UNIX operating system & database management system, such as SQL, Oracle etc.
  • have a strong communication and leadership skills.

Network Assurance Division Head - Position Code : ADH

Requirements
Male/Female, maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Education background S1 in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Required experience for minimum 5 years on managerial level in telecommunication company.
  • Have a good understanding about the Radio Transmission & Optical Transport Network concepts
  • Have a good understanding about the Detail Engineering Design
  • Familiar with the preparation of reports and working procedures
  • have a strong communication and leadership skills.
