Apoteker (S1)

Requirements

• Male and Female.
• D4/S1 Pharmaceutical.

Bidan (D3)

Requirements

• Female.
• D3 Midwifery.

Perawat (D3)

Requirements

• Male and Female.
• D3 Nursing.

Perawat Gigi (D3)

Requirements

• Male and Female.
• D3 Dental Nursing.

Dokter Gigi

Requirements

• Male and Female.
• D4/S1 Dentist Education / Dentistry.
• Attach professional dental education.

Dokter Umum

Requirements

• Male and Female.
• D4/S1 Medical Education / Medical.
• Attach professional Medical education.

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Male/Female.
• Healthy physical / spiritual and not color blind.
• Have academic diploma
• D3 with minimum majors accreditation "B" on the date of graduation and minimum GPA of 2.95 out of 4.00 grade scale.
• S1 with minimum majors accreditation "A" on the date of graduation and minimum GPA of 2.95 out of 4.00 grade scale.
• Age on 1 April 2018
• D3 : minimum age of 18 years and maximum age of 27 years old.
• S1 : minimum age of 21 years and maximum age of 30 years old.
• Minimum height of 160 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female.
• Well behaved.
• Not involved in drugs or psychotropic substances.
• Not tattooed for Male and Female, and not pierced for Male.
• Never been sentenced to imprisonment based on a court decision that has been of permanent legal force.
• Never dismissed in a subsidiary or other institution due to disciplinary punishment.
• Willing to be placed in all working areas of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
• Willing to resign from working relationship with other institution is passed the selection.
• Passed in the selection process organized by the recruitment committee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in 2018.
