Management Development Program (MDP).

Requirements

• Indonesian citizens (WNI).
• Education background in Bachelor Degree (S1) with the maximum age of 25 years old or Master Degree (S2) with the maximum age of 28 years old.
• Have an outstanding academic record with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 on a scale of 4 for S1, a minimum of 3.25 on a scale of 4 for S2.
• Graduated from all majors.
• Able-bodied and not color-blind.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
• Never married, as evidenced by the Certificate from the Village Office (can be proposed at the next selection stage).
• Willing to not be married during the education period and period of office bond for 1 (one) year after being appointed as Employee.
• Valid SKCK (can be proposed at the next selection stage).
