Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Property Development, Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Competencies
• Property and its development.
• Procurement goods and services regulation.
• Cooperation of asset utilization regulation.
• Strategic management.
• Analysis of potential tenancy.

Ahli Madya Maintenance General Support

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field, preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities and Machinery) or equivalent.
• Competencies
• Asset Management.
• Civil calculation.
