BPJS Kesehatan operates primarily as a Social Security Provider for Health in Indonesia. BPJS Kesehatan was formed by the Government of Indonesia on 31 December 2011 under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia No 24 of 2011 to replace the function of PT Asuransi Kesehatan Indonesia (Persero) or ASKES, a state-owned health-care insurance company in Indonesia. BPJS Kesehatan is based in Jakarta and Its head office is registered at Jl Letjend Suprapto Kav 20 No 14 Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat 10510. BPJS Kesehatan now has 13 regional area offices, 127 branch offices, 388 operational offices and 2,042 BPJS Kesehatan centers spread in all over Indonesia.

Calon Komite/Tenaga Ahli (Hukum)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 58 years old.
• Able to operate a computer.
• Able to speak English ( passive and active).
• S2 / S3 education in the field of law.
• Experienced in drafting legal products or as legal drafter (laws, regulations, etc.) (include in your CV).
• Understanding the Concept of Social Health Insurance.
