To answer the challenges of the future, PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

Management Trainee (MT)

• Officer Manajemen Human Capital SDM (MT-HC SDM)
• Officer Psikologi Manajemen Human Capital (MT-HC P)
• Officer Keuangan (MT-KEU)
• Officer Dukungan Bisnis (MT-DUKBIS)
• Officer Hukum Maritim (MT-HKM)
• Officer Pengembangan Usaha & Manajemen Strategi (MT-PU & MS)

General Requirements

• Education background
• S2 degree in Human Resource Management (MT-HC SDM)
• S1 degree in Psychology (MT-HC P)
• S1 degree in Accounting, Financial Management (MT-KEU)
• S1 degree in Business Management, Financial Management (MT-DUKBIS)
• S2 degree in Maritime Law
• S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Shipping, Shipping System, Marine (MT-PU & MS)
• Fresh graduate with minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Minimum TOEFL score of 500.
• The candidates with prior experience in relevant field is preferred (maximum 2 years).
• Have competencies as an assessor (MT-HC P)
• Maximum age of 28 years old on 31 December 2018.
• Fluent in English both active and passive (oral and written).
• Enthusiastic and able to work together in teams.
• Eager to learn and able to develop themselves.
• Willing to be placed in all operational areas of BKI.
